Jeans Production ProcessPattern design Following our customer size specifications, our design department will make the best pattern in close cooperation with the customer to exclude the possibility of any errors or design faults. Our 10 years cutting experience will also give us a cutting edge advantage over our competitors. Computer consumption test If we have the final pattern design we will check the fabric consumption by a special computer program, to determine the optimal fabric consumption. With this program we are able to give out the fast offers our factory is famous for. Manual consumption test Our pattern drawing is done under supervision of Mr. Virot with his 20 years experience of cutting multiple layers of textile. We are still not able to put his 20 years of experience into our computer database. Pattern Cutting To our in house education we have experience cutters, who are able to cut the most difficult designs. General product sewing Our sewing is done under supervision of one person, who is solely responsible for the end product. Finishing sewing With finishing sewing we mean the sewing of the buttonholes, decorative lines on the back pockets as well as other decorative stitching. Product packing Every single piece of garment is manual packed and therefore double checked in our packing department. We belief that the human influence is essential in maintaining the high quality of our products. Washing The washing is essential for determining the color and type of finishing of the product. We use several different washings. The first one is based on the original pumice stone washing. The second most popular is the modern Biostoning washing.
